Unaged and unafraid. Crystalline in the glass, it opens on bright cooked agave, citrus oil and a whisper of white pepper, then turns silken — mineral, clean, and astonishingly smooth for a spirit so young. A blanco that drinks like a luxury.
Rested in oak until the fire softens to velvet. Warm caramel and vanilla fold around cooked agave, with toasted spice and a curl of gentle smoke. Rounded, layered, indulgent — the pour that makes a room lean in.
